Returns Policy

Goods No longer required or ordered incorrectly

  • Orders cancelled before despatch will be refunded minus a 5% admin fee, (Maximum £10).
  • You may return the goods back to us at your own cost with in 30 days of purchase.
    After 30 days the goods cannot be returned. (Please complete the returns form on page 2)
  • The items must not have been installed or used.
  • All items for return must be in resalable condition and the packaging in perfect condition
  • Once the items have been returned and checked off by our customer service team, we will issue a refund as soon as possible. Minus a 5% admin fee, (Maximum £10).
  • If the packaging or goods are damaged there will be a cost deducted for this and a further postage charge to resend back to you.
  • Please note with some non-stocked lines there may be a handling charge to return these goods subject to the supplier/manufacturer’s terms.

Faulty Products

  • If you have a faulty product and it is with in 1 year of purchase from date of invoice then you can return the item to be repaired or a replacement to be sent out again. If the item is no longer manufactured then we will issue a refund on the item. Some items may have an extended warranty.
  • Once the product has been returned this will be tested by our customer service department and if found to be faulty we will either repair or send a replacement fitting back to you. Plus any postage occurred in sending back to us as long as you provide a postage receipt will be refunded to you.
  • If the product is found to be in working order, there will be further postage charge to return the item back to you.

Exchange your Item

  • Please contact our customer service team if you wish to exchange your item for something else. Please make sure you do this with in 30 days of purchase otherwise we are unable to accept the item back.

Damaged goods or your order has not arrived

  • If your order arrives damaged please make sure you sign for the goods damaged with the courier and take some photos of the damaged parcels. Then please either call or email us and we will investigate this for you.
  • If your order has not arrived when expected then please either call or email us and we will contact the carrier for an update on your delivery.

Further Information

  • Overseas customers will have to return the goods at their own costs.
  • All refunds will take up to 7 working days before a refund is issued and will be returned via the originalpayment method
  • Any special to made items cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered.
